Terms & Conditions

Welcome to RTR Interior. These Terms & Conditions are created to keep our dealings with every client clear and transparent. By confirming an order or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

  • "Client", "You" or "Your" means any individual or company purchasing products or services from RTR Interior.
  • "We", "Us" or "Our" means RTR Interior, including our team members, installers, contractors and authorized representatives.

2. Our Services

We specialize in:

  • Supply and installation of artificial turf, decking systems and resilient flooring
  • Interior works including flooring, wall décor, fit-out solutions and related services

All services are carried out based on a site inspection, availability of materials and approval of the final written quotation.

3. Quotations & Order Confirmation

  • Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change if material costs increase or project requirements change.

An order is confirmed only after:

  • Written approval from the client
  • Receipt of the agreed advance payment

4. Payment Terms

  • A minimum advance payment is required before any project begins.
  • The remaining balance must be paid on project completion, or as agreed in writing.
  • All prices are in AED unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work is completed or materials have been custom prepared.

5. Delivery & Installation

We always aim to complete projects within the promised timeline. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Site readiness issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Material supply delays
  • Unexpected site conditions

Clients must ensure the site is ready and accessible before work begins. Any delay caused by the client may lead to rescheduling charges.

6. Interior Works & Design Changes

  • Work is carried out according to the approved quotation, drawings and material selections.
  • Any change to the scope, design, materials or measurements after approval may affect the price and the timeline, and will be confirmed in writing before it is carried out.
  • Final measurements are verified on site. Differences from the client's original measurements may change the quantity and cost.

7. Returns & Cancellation

Standard products can be returned only:

  • Before installation
  • Within 7 days of delivery
  • In unused and original condition

Custom-cut, custom-ordered and installed materials cannot be returned or refunded.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, charges will apply based on the work completed and the materials used or ordered.

8. Ownership & Risk Transfer

  • All supplied materials remain the property of RTR Interior until full payment is received.
  • Responsibility for the materials passes to the client after delivery or completion of installation.

9. Warranty

Where applicable, the warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship defects only. It does not cover:

  • Improper use or maintenance
  • Heavy load or impact damage
  • Fire, chemicals, water leakage or accidents
  • Natural wear and tear or normal ageing
  • Damage caused by alterations or repairs done by third parties

10. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth completion of the project, the client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate measurements and site details
  • Obtaining approvals from building management or authorities, if required
  • Ensuring the site is ready, with electricity and water access
  • Protecting completed work after handover

11. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain high quality standards:

  • Slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur due to manufacturing, natural material differences or lighting conditions.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the total contract value of the project.

12. Product & Sample Representation

Product images, samples and descriptions are provided for reference only. The final installed materials may vary slightly due to production processes and lighting.

13. Website Usage

This website provides general information about our products and services. While we aim for accuracy and smooth performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on all devices.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
